Our production workshop was established on 3000 m² Indoor Area and 1000 m² Open Area.
The monthly steel processing capacity of 350 tons in structural steel manufacturing in our workshop reaches 500 tons with subcontractors trained by the technical team.

Sampler
It is used to take samples from raw materials, intermediate products and final products in powder and granular form at certain time intervals in industrial facilities. According to the place where the sample is to be taken and the physical properties of the sample to be taken;

Gas Pipe Manufacturing
According to the place and sector in which gas pipes are used, structural steels can be manufactured and assembled using stainless steels or special wear-resistant materials.
Pipes cut according to Project Details are checked internally and externally according to the relevant standards, visually and dimensionally, and length measurements are made. Afterwards, welds are opened to the pipe ends and hydrostatic tests are performed depending on the customer specification, and if the pipe is bare, it is sent to the stock area to be shipped. If the pipes are to be coated, the surface is cleaned by internal and external sandblasting and sent to the coating stations. In each of these processes, UT and measurement controls, both destructive and non-destructive testing are carried out in line with the relevant standards, specifications and customer demands.

Ball Sorting Machine
The ball sorting machine separates the balls in the first or second chamber of the mill according to their size. Two different drums are used to perform the ball separation process and the drums can be changed easily and quickly.
The grinding process with ball mills depends on the grinding effect of consumables called grinding media, especially balls with high Cr content.
Correct ball diameters and ball composition distribution are the most important criteria for the efficiency of this process. For this reason, the user should be sure that the ball charge is correct.
